You must agree to these terms and conditions to set up a free order page with Shirt and Simple...

As an event organizer we ask that you familiarize yourself with our organizer terms and conditions before continuing. This document will also answer many questions you might have and point you to other sources of information. Please read the statements below and then click agree to continue.

  1. Every unique group order requires setup, design, and preparation by the Weiskamp team. We've designed this site to ensure that this setup cost is no extra charge to you provided your group has a minimum of 25 products ordered by the end of your ordering period. If your group does not meet this requirement, you will be charged a portion of this setup fee. If you think that your group will have fewer than 25 orders placed, you are welcome to choose to compensate for these fees by increasing the amount of the price of your product (done in step three of the page setup process). In this sense, you can disperse the 'extra setup fee' charge evenly among your small group. These allocated amounts are outlined below in relation to the final number of shirt orders placed per event and organizers will be prompted and required to pay for any of these charges due at the time of product pickup
25 people = NO FEE!
24 people = $2 extra23 people = $4 extra
22 people = $6 extra21 people = $8 extra20 people = $10 extra
19 people = $12 extra18 people = $14 extra17 people = $16 extra
16 people = $18 extra15 people = $20 extra14 people = $22 extra
13 people = $24 extra12 people = $26 extra11 people = $28 extra
10 people = $30 extra9 people = $32 extra8 people = $34 extra
7 people = $36 extra6 people = $38 extra5 people = $40 extra
4 people = $42 extra2 people = $44 extra1 person = $46 extra

  1. If an organizer chooses to increase the base price of the product offered on his or her event page and fails to meet the 25 order minimum, the appropriate extra charges described in condition (1) will be deducted out of the organizer profit as specified in the 3rd step of this process.
  2. Once the organizer agrees to the terms and conditions, the page becomes live and an 'intent to order' is sent to Weiskamp. This simply means that the event organizer is serious about placing an order and we can begin to prepare for that order.
  3. Organizers may not cancel orders once they have started collecting payments, but may terminate the ability to place orders on their page at any given time by changing the preferred pickup date (see FAQ or Organizers Toolkit for more information).
  4. Organizers are responsible for both submitting a design to Weiskamp and approving the final design of their product by the end of the event order period. For information about submitting and approving designs, please see the Organizer's Toolkit.
  5. Organizers may not change the physical specs (product type, number of colors, extras, number of screens, etc) of event/group products once the order page has been created. This is to ensure that all individuals placing orders for the event are paying for and ordering the same product. Organizers may change shirt design, event info, and pickup times to some degree (this information will be available in the 'Update Existing Event Page' area of the site.
  6. Organizers must pick up their orders at Weiskamp or arrange shipping/delivery. We suggest organizers bring their order receipt as proof of purchase to be shown at time of pickup (your receipt will be emailed to you when your order period expires).
  7. Events must be started at least 7 days before the allocated pickup date.
  8. Orders placed with invalid credit cards will not be recorded or counted as valid purchases.
  9. Organizers are responsible for distributing products to individuals (see distribution and shipping in the organizers toolkit)
  10. Payments for orders do not signify that any tangible product will be delivered by Shirt and Simple to the orderee. Orders will be picked up by group organizer and it is up to the organizer as to how, when, where, and if the product is distributed.
  11. A small percentage of any organizer commission added to an order may be deducted from your total to cover process and handeling fees. This percentage will always be less than 3% of your total order.
