We are proud to offer a wide range of products at great prices! If you are ordering from a SaS location, your shirts will be made in your own town. All others using Shirt and Simple will have their shirts shipped to them at no extra cost. Prices and product availability vary by location. Some products that show up in the catalog may not be offered by the SaS partner in your area. Product price categories (ranging from one to three dollar signs) are listed on each product page to give you a general sense of cost. Why do prices vary by location?

While we try to keep our prices as consistent as possible, the do vary a little from location to location. To find out the exact price of the product you want, either go to www.shirtandsimple.com or use the design center button on the product page you are interested in. Our on-site design center has a 'quick quote' that helps you determine how much your shirt will cost! Our prices are determined by...

* Type of Product
* number of screens - print on the front and back, only the front, on a sleeve, etc
* number of ink colors - price includes one color of ink for each screen. Multiple colors of ink costs a little extra
* extra customizations - we offer the ability to add customized names and/or numbers to many of our products for an extra fee
* size of product (in some locations only)
* printing method (in some locations only)
* size of order (includes discounts, promotions, and minimum order fees - see below)

What are minimum order fees?

We do not have a minimum order quantity for any of our products. However, because the setup fees are built into the price of our products, we do charge a minimum order fee for orders of very low quantities. This fee varies slightly by location. In Iowa City, for example, for every order under 20, organizers agree to pay $2. Therefore, if they have 16 units in their order, they simply pay $8 in minimum order fees when checking out using the Simple Shopping Cart or at pickup if they are using an online order page (4 shirts under 20 at $2 each). Many organizers that know they will have a smaller group never pay this fee because they offset it with organizer commission (see below).

What is Organizer Commission?

We added the organizer commission feature to our service so that organizers could get paid to setup their custom shirt order with us! This feature is designed for organizers who are using our free order pages to collect money. It's great for charities, small groups wanting to cover any minimum order fees, fundraisers, and anyone who wants to raise some extra cash! Here's how it works!

1. You pick a product and determine what specs you want. This sets a base price for your page.
2. You get the option to increase the base price by up to $15 in increments of $0.50. This is called organizer commission. The organizer commission added is reflected in the per-unit sale price for your product.
3. People go to your page to order their shirts and submit payment.
4. When your order page terminates, we send you a check for the money you've collected!

Discounts and Promotions

If you are paying with one credit card for your entire order you should use the Simple Shopping Cart (accessible as an ordering option in the design center). This method of payment makes it possible for us to offer quantity discounts on certain products. Discounts will be applied while checking out and will depend on the product selected and the quantity you are ordering. If you have a promotion code, you can enter it while checking out using the Simple Shopping Cart for further discounts.
